A Message to Jack Frost

This post was created with regard to Jack Frost's recent spam messages to our Co-Owner, Celeste, requesting to be reinstated and accepted back into our community. In my days of being a regular user on New Eden's Terraria server and forum, i have learned several things about you. As an admin, you were extremely not understanding to people you were about to wrongfully, permanently ban. Which caused them to not return to New Eden, ever. I have also noticed that you were constantly fighting and arguing on our server, causing massive chaos that resulted in newcomers' impression that we are an unfriendly server. We were once known as one of the most abuse free servers and you took that reputation away from us. So tbh, i see justice when rawrsaurus brought down your reputation. You were, and you are still, hungry for power. You have always wanted a high level position, and you are greedy as well, keeper and admin isn't enough for you, and despite all the repeated mistakes, you want to be and owner, repeatedly begged Celeste for it and got illogically angry at her when she kept denying your requests. Now, as we all know, Celeste is a really kind person, and likely felt bad about not letting you be owner so she gave you the opportunity to be an owner for our anarchy server, New Eden+ instead. But for whatever reason, that opportunity was denied by you and you decided to tell Celeste that she should commit suicide for being a bad owner, repeatedly and in several times, directly on Steam. You also told Celeste that stuff she built is horrible, not knowing that she spent days building those stuff, by herself, with her own ideas and not copying from anyone else. Also, according to our white hat hacker, Nyooomie, you have created multiple accounts on terraria-server.com and posted unacceptable bad comments about the server, thus led us to suspect that you have also casted 4 dislike votes on our server on tserverweb.com. Then here are two lists administration has come up with, after months of investigation.

Crimes against New Eden

- Repeated Impersonation (in-game and voting websites)

- Severe Irreversible World Griefing
- Claiming Ownership of Others' Buildings.

- Abuse of New Eden’s Banning System

- Repeated Death Threats to Owner

- Disrespecting Players and Administration

- Not Complying with Admin Protocols
- Other Severe Violations

20 Counts of Admin Protocol Violations

- Not handling situations calmly.

- Not being super friendly.

- Not welcoming players.

- Casting multiple dislike votes.

- Not giving suspects any second or more chances.

- Kicking on reentry.
- Not giving suspects a chance to speak.
- Inactivity on forums.

- Not being understanding towards hackers, suspected griefers etc.

- Threatening Administration.

- Not giving polite warnings.

- Not informing players of appeal before kick or ban.

- Not stopping invasions when there’s a newcomer.

- 10 counts of permanent ban abuse.

- Not familiarized with server commands.

- Kicking system abuse.

- Kicking and banning on developer’s items.

- Not notifying owners of kicking, muting and banning.

- Death threatening the owner.

- Blackmailing the owner.

- Kicking players for fixing griefed houses.

You will be unbanned on the forums tomorrow. If you would like to get instated, fine. We will let you join New Eden again, if you post an acceptable appeal, alongside an apology on our forums. New Eden's community and our administration will then decide, based on your appeal post, whether we should let you rejoin. So go ahead, take your time and type out a really good appeal post. There is no dateline. You may post whenever you like. But do understand that you are appealing for a permanent ban. Appeals for permanent ban have to be way better than other appeals, not to mention everything you have done. That is all.
