Q What's the server generally like? Is it always empty?
A No, it isn't always empty. The weekends and holidays are generally very busy, with weekdays about average because of people at school and work.
Q Why does my house keep getting blown into a bazillion pieces or griefed?
A We do not often have griefers. However, before you begin to build, please apply for a member here so you will be able to protect your buildings. Once you are member, you may use /house commands to protect your house.
Q What's the protection limit in New Eden?
A 4,500 for every protection area. Each member account is limited to 5 protection areas. You may request for it to be extended, or you may also choose to apply for the Keeper or Futurist rank. Keepers and Futurists have unlimited protection.
Q Why is the server so laggy aasdlkasdksd?
A All servers are a little laggy. There are rare occurrences where there is a really intense lag. This has been suspected to be the owner's ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling her internet speed. It usually goes away after a day or two.
Q My door keeps disappearing? I'M SO ANGRY. Grr.
A There is a door glitch on all tShock servers and most servers are using tShock. We recommend that you do not use a door but find alternatives. For instance, the spaceship built by one of our founders at spawn has entrances and exits that aren't doors.
