MAIN REQUIREMENTS

Admins and security shall be very kind and understanding towards everyone ESPECIALLY hackers, cheaters, griefers and abusive players and such players should be given a chance to speak and not be kicked again if they rejoin. We are known as one of the most abuse free servers and any admins or security who abuse their power will be removed from the administration!

What's legal in New Eden?
- Stealing from unprotected chests. (Our admins can refill chests)
- Developer's items.
- Item stacking.
- Use of clentaminator.
- Use of rod of discord.
- Most items are not banned.
- Non abusive use of infinest.
- Non abusive hacking.
Permanent Ban
- Massive severe irreversible damage to New Eden and it’s inhabitants.
- Tell players they can post an appeal on our forums prior to banning them.
Extended Ban
- For players who repeats griefing, hacking, cheating or abuse despite banning.
- Tell players they can post an appeal on our forums prior to banning them.
- Polite warnings shall be given.
24 Hours Ban
- Tell players they can post an appeal on our forums prior to banning them.
- Repeated hacking of accounts and impersonation of an account.
- Repeated griefings despite warnings and kick.
- Repeated disrespecting despite warnings and kick.
- Polite warnings shall be given.
Kick
- Hacking of accounts and impersonation of an account.
- Repeated multiple griefings on unprotected areas and buildings.
- Tell players they can post an appeal on our forums prior to kicking them.

- Repeated stealing of items.
- Disrespecting players and the administration.
- Mass, repeated spamming.
- Polite warnings shall be given.
Mute
- Griefing on unprotected areas and buildings.
- Draining of the oceans.
- Intentional stealing of items.
- Disrespecting players and the administration.
- Mass spamming.
- Polite warnings shall be given.
Boss or Mob Spawning
- Griefing on unprotected areas and buildings.
- Draining of the oceans.
- Intentional stealing of items.
- Disrespecting players and the administration.
- Mass spamming.

Boss or Mob Spawning
- Invasions and spawned mobs and bosses shall not reach spawn.
- Security is to guard spawn using minions whenever afk.
- Spam spawning and butchering is not allowed.
- Spawning of small mobs and bosses is limited to 80.
- Spawning of big, hard mode mobs and bosses is limited to 10.
- Invasions shall be stopped immediately if someone joins.
Mandatory Notification Requirements
- Admins are to notify the Global Security, Callum, through Steam of all mutes, kicks and bans.
- Admins are to notify by posting in announcement board if they will be inactive for more than a day.
Additional Requirements (IMPORTANT!)
- Be super friendly.
- Have been alive for at least 17 years. (exceptions may be made for persons aged 16 only)
- Always handle situations calmly.
- Have gotten the elder rank for 2 weeks.
- Please try to greet players who enters the server.
- Try to be online often and help anyone in need of assistance.
- Vote and favorite for our servers daily.
- Familiarize yourself with commands on our commands page.

Security Requirements
- Please stay ingame for 24/7, even if you are not playing.
- As aforementioned in Boss or Mob Spawning, guard spawn using minions whenever afk.
PLEASE NOTE THAT GRIEFINGS ON UNPROTECTED BUILDINGS SHOULD NOT BE BLAMED ON THE GRIEFER IF MEMBERS FAIL TO PROTECT THEIR OWN BUILDINGS. THE SAME APPLIES TO CHESTS AND OTHER PROPERTY. SUSPECTED GRIEFING, CHEATING, HACKING AND ABUSE IS NOT A VALID REASON TO KICK, MUTE OR BAN!! ^ There are members on New Eden fixing griefed houses without /rollback because they can't. When you do /history their name might come up a lot THAT DOES NOT MEAN THEY GRIEFED THE BUILDING.
